A CruiseyT Production Ltd., its shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents, (the "Company") and the vessel shall not be liable for any loss of or damage to the property of any passenger or for the death of or personal injury sustained by any passenger at any time wheresoever arising and howsoever caused, even though the same be caused or contributed to by the act or omission, including negligence, of the Company or the vessel and all passengers by boarding the vessel forever release the Company and the vessel from any and all actions, causes of action, losses, claims, demands, damages, including personal injury or loss of life and all costs therewith."
